Refund policy

These are one of a kind items retrieved from the bottom of the ocean.  There are no refunds unless, upon delivery, the item arrives damaged.  To qualify for a refund, the damaged package must be reported to UPS, and an email sent to us, by the customer within 3 working days.  Item MUST be returned after it has been inspected by a UPS authorized agent. If an item is damaged in transit and is not reported to UPS as damaged and the customer fails to notify us of the damaged package, no refunds will be offered for any reason.
